Lucy is a rising senior at George Washington University, where she is double-majoring in Political Communication and Human Services & Social Justice. Before joining Evergreen, Lucy interned with Senator Jeff Merkley, D.C. Councilmember Brooke Pinto, Representative Rob Nosse in the Oregon House, and as an Organizing Fellow for States Win. She has also conducted research on gender equity issues through GW’s Gender Data Collective and worked in the university’s Title IX Office. Across these roles, she has supported policy research, constituent engagement, legislative affairs, and public-facing communications. Originally from Oregon, now based in Washington, DC, Lucy enjoys discovering new coffee shops, listening to music, hiking, and trying new recipes.
