Caroline is a trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate complex, high-stakes communications moments. She has guided CEOs through crisis, helped drive over 1.4 million Instagram views a month for first-time candidates for local office, managed launch communications for tech start-ups, staffed Cabinet secretaries for high-profile interviews, and written speeches delivered by presidential candidates. 

Before joining Evergreen, Caroline worked for three U.S. Senators, on the Harris and Biden presidential campaigns, at Boston Consulting Group, for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and in the Obama White House. 

Caroline graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and lives in Washington, D.C.
