Ella conducts policy research and develops strategic messaging for her clients. Her work primarily focuses on the environment, reproductive rights, and economic development.

Before joining Evergreen, Ella worked as a Research Associate for the Economic Growth Institute, where she worked on economic recovery and small business investment in Southeast Michigan. She previously interned at Evergreen, Crooked Media, and the Office of Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32).

A Michigander at heart, Ella graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Public Policy. Originally from LA, she has made her way across the country and can now be found in New York, going on runs and enjoying every minute of not having a car.
